My First Camera is made using PlanWood™; the toy is stained using water-based organic dyes, with less than 1% E-zero formaldehyde-free organic glue utilised for assembly. Softened edges make the camera extra child-friendly and safe.
PlanWood™ is a flexible and water-resistant material made from compressed sawdust. Addition of colours during the molding process, instead of painting on the finished product, so means there is no fear of peeling stain. Hence, this makes the toy washable.

One mentioned pro is the rubberwood material that was more pleasant to handle than other types of wood. Its tactile design with its clickable shuttle button and adjustable kaleidoscopic lens was a common positive feedback.
