The Dump Truck is made up of 100 percent recycled plastic from waste plastic milk containers. So in purchasing this toy, endless fun is guaranteed for the kids, with minimal contribution to the carbon footprint.
Like all Green Toys products, the Dump Truck is made from 100 percent recycled milk jug plastic. The resultant HDPE (#2 plastic) meets FDA food contact standards with no BPA (Bis-Isophenol A), phthalates, or PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride).
Green Toys Inc also has a stringent internal testing regimen incorporated which exceeds the safety standards set by both US and international countries. So there is no fear of the kids being exposed to these harmful chemicals that used to be found in plastics.

The design and vibrant colours of the Green Toys Dump Truck making it attractive to kids are commonly mentioned pros. This includes the lip of the dumping bin of the truck that can be a good handle for pushing around by the kids.
Durability of the material used to make this green toy is another positive point. Based on feedback, even after subjected to numerous play-time by her two kids, this toy is still functional after 5 years. No presence of wires, axles and screws in the body is mentioned to be a good safety aspect.
Contribution to the green movement and a useful tool for educating their children in the benefits of recycling are also highlighted benefits.
