Like in all my reviews, I will summarise the benefits, the pros and cons, and provide customers ratings obtained from real websites that carry this product.
Benefits of Owning a Delta Faucet 75152
The Delta Faucet 75152 has a modern design that is both user-friendly and durable. It comes specially designed with patented engineering technology, and together with four large spray holes, ensures that no clogging will occur saving you the hassle of cleaning up.
An in-built volume-control lever allows for the convenient adjustment of water settings to suit your varying showering routine, be it in water saving mode or enjoy a drenching shower.
Together with the incorporation of the H2OKinetic Technology, this Delta showerhead, offers a dual showering experience within the same showerhead. The H2O Kinetic Technology in this showerhead allows the production of larger water droplets that allows a longer retention of heat, giving a massaging effect and a denser spray pattern to provide a drenching effect.
Choose from a water-saving comfort spray with water at 1.85 gallons per minute (GPM) that will give you a similar effect as a standard 2.5 GPM showerhead or a high-volume spray operating at 2.5 GPM, but will deliver a drenching spray effect sufficient to cover the entire body and giving you the feeling that it involves more water.
All these enhancements will allow you to enjoy a variety of flow volume from a standard 2.5 GPM showerhead but using 36% lesser actual water volume and lesser energy.
The Delta faucet 75152 water amplifying adjustable showerhead is a WaterSense certified showerhead. Via H2O Kinetic Technology, it allows you to save water by up to 36% thus lowering your utility bills.

Customer Reviews on Delta Faucet 75152
I have read recent reviews about this Delta showerhead and summarised the pros and cons below.
The pros 🙂
Good design; as a customer put it, this Delta showerhead looks substantial and does not look cheap despite its affordability,
Ease of installation; to install the Delta 75152, as mentioned by customers, it is just a simple case of screwing on the new faucet. The full installation as mentioned by a customer can be done in 25 seconds. No leaks after installation is also proof of its good design and product material,
Excellent pressure generated; worked well for areas with inherent low water pressure like your second floor bathroom, fuller coverage and good power already observed just by using the lower setting of 1.85 GPM, as mentioned by customers, was evident of the functionality of the amplifying effects behind the H2O Kinetic Technology.
The excellent pressure generated also means that you must know the inherent water pressure of your lodgings, as mentioned or if not you will end up getting too much spray that might splatter all over the shower walls and shower curtains, generated pressurised droplets have also been mentioned to be painful if they strike naked skin.
Water-saving properties; customers have mentioned that the Delta 75152 was able to reduce the water bill as proof of its functionality. A customer has mentioned that his water bill was reduced by about 35%.
The cons 🙁
Generated noise; the noise emitted by the shower when it is switched to water saving mode has been described as a loud squealing noise which is both piercing and irritating,
Lack of choice in terms of settings; some customers have mentioned the lack of spray settings to be an issue due to the fixed four holes on the showerhead though to be fair the same group of customers have mentioned that this Delta showerhead to be a adequate basic model.
At this point for customers who want to look for a water saving showerhead with more settings, a good model to consider is the American Standard FloWise series.
