Its effectiveness in removing moisture, quiet operational process, ease of installation, better make and LCD control panels have been mentioned to be the good points for this unit. In fact most customers have remarked that the Danby Premiere DDR30E to be one of the best 30 pint dehumidifiers in terms of functions and money.
The Cons 🙁
Points like the heat that it gives off during operation; noisy operational process; rather short hose and cable provided; direct drain of this unit doesn't work too well have been mentioned as cons.
The Danby Premiere DDR30E is covered by a limited 24 months (2-years) for parts and labour. Installation and/ or yearly maintenance are not covered under warranty.
During my research on this unit, I also did a price comparison among the online sites that offered it on their websites. I found out that Amazon is selling the Danby DDR30E at the lowest price. So it will make sense if you purchase this unit from Amazon at a lower price and enjoy the same benefits.
