The Pros 🙂
Water saving capabilities, great for low pressure water systems, ease of installation are some of the mentioned pros of the shower head. Other mentioned pluses include good water flow and spray pressure for the various settings.
The Cons 🙁
Some of the mentioned cons include bad customer support, too large a design for the showerhead, and possibly redundancy of the shower settings especially when you are keeping the water heater at a low temperature. It has been mentioned that only combination spray works best at such a setting.
The auto-return feature of the showerhead has also been mentioned as a con as some customers do not like such a setting and will prefer not to have the hassle of such frequent adjustment.
This showerhead is backed by a lifetime limited warranty for residential installation and a five year limited warranty for commercial installation.
